2. Customer Obligations & Access

To ensure safe and efficient completion of services, you agree to:

• Ensure an adult (18 years or older) with the authority to sign off on completed work and approve changes is present during the service.

• Provide safe, unobstructed access to the property, the work area, and necessary utilities (such as electricity and water).

• Secure all pets and valuables prior to the arrival of our service technicians.

3. Payments, Cancellations, & Fees
